1 pound crabmeat
2 medium shallots
2 cloves garlic
1 yellow bell pepper
1 cup chopped celery
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 15 oz can garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
4 tablespoons tomato paste
3 tablespoon De la Dia Spice Mix
1 cup fish stock or clam juice
½ cup cream
Sauté shallots, garlic bell pepper and celery.
Add beans, spice and tomato paste.
Stir and cook on low for 5 minutes.
Add fish stock or clam juice and cook for 2 more minutes.
Add crabmeat and cream.
Heat thoroughly and serve.
