Quiche

1 Ready Made Frozen Pie Shell
1 Cup Cooked, Drained Spinach
1 Cup Shredded Cheese
½ Cup Cooked, Crumbled Bacon
1 Cup Light Cream
4 Eggs
1 Tablespoon De la Dia

Thaw pie shell and coat with the egg white of one egg.
Save the egg yoke in a mixing bowl.

Bake coated pie crust for approximately 10 minutes until slightly browned.
Fill pie crust with bacon, cheese, and spinach.

Add remaining eggs to yoke in mixing bowl.  Whip in cream and add De la Dia.
Pour over ingredients in pie shell.
Bake for 30 to 40 minutes at 375 degrees until brown and puffy.
