2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
¼ Cup Quick Mixing Flour
1 Pound Sirloin Tips
1 Quart Low Salt Beef Broth
1 Large Red Pepper
1 Medium Onion
1 Pound Mushrooms
3 Cloves Garlic
2 Tablespoons De la Dia Spice Mix
½ cup Burgundy Wine
Sauté chopped onions with one tablespoon olive oil in a large soup pot.
Add chopped garlic and chopped red pepper.
Mix in De la Dia and cook on low for one minute to blend flavors.
Set vegetable mixture aside in a mixing bowl.
Brown sirloin tips in one tablespoon olive oil.
Add vegetable mixture.
Slowly add flour to coat ingredients.
Add broth slowly while stirring.
Blend in burgundy wine.
Serve with warm chunky bread.
