2 cups Cooked Tubetti or other Small Pasta
4 ounces Chopped Pancetta or Bacon
2 Cloves Chopped Garlic
2 cups Chopped Greens, such as Kale or Spinach
1 Can Chicken Broth
1 Can Cannellini Beans, drained
¼ cup Ricotta Cheese
2 tablespoons De la Dia Spice Mix
Cook pasta, drain and keep warm.
Cook bacon or pancetta in a large dutch oven over medium heat until brown.
Add garlic, and cook stirring for about one minute.
Add greens, and cook for about 20 minutes or until tender
Add De la Dia Spice Mix.
Add broth, beans & pasta, stirring to blend flavors.
Add ricotta cheese and blend until creamy.
Serve with warm crusty bread.
