Chicken Soup

1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast
1 quart low salt, organic chicken broth
3 stalks celery
2 cloves garlic
2 medium zucchini
1 pound sliced mushrooms
2 tablespoons flour
1 tbs. Blonde Spice

Sauté onion, garlic, celery, mushrooms, and spices, set aside
Brown Chicken in olive oil.
Add flour & chicken broth slowly to thicken.
Add vegetables and cook on low adding broth as needed.

Serve with crusty bread.
