1 Bunch Broccoli
1 Large Yellow Squash
2 Medium Tomatoes
1 Pound Mushrooms
½ Medium Onion
2 Cloves Garlic
¼ Cup Olive oil
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
½ Pound Linguine
2 Tablespoons Blonde Spice Blend
1 Tablespoon Verde Spice Blend
½ Cup Pine Nuts
Feta Cheese & Parmesan Cheese
Begin heating pasta water on medium heat.
Wash and cut vegetables to bite size pieces.
Sauté onion in olive oil.
Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
Add butter and melt slowly.
Stir in Blonde & Verde spices blending on low heat.
Bring water to a boil and add pasta.
Add broccoli, squash & mushrooms to oil and cook until tender.
Stir in tomatoes & pine nuts and bring up heat.
Drain pasta and mix into the vegetable medley.
