Roasted Garbanzo Beans with Garlic and Kale

Beans
1 15.5 ounce Can Garbanzo Beans
5 Garlic Cloves
2 Large Shallots
1 cup Extra Virgin olive Oil
1 tablespoon Blonde Spice Mix

Kale
2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
6 Cloves Garlic, Peeled and Crushed
2 Shallots, Sliced
½ pound Kale, cleaned and chopped
2 cups Low Salt Chicken Broth

Bake beans and other 4 ingredients at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until garlic is tender.

Heat oil, garlic, and shallots on medium high for about 2 minutes.

Add kale and cook until wilted.

Add chicken broth and drained garbanzo bean mixture.

Toss until warmed and serve.
