½ lb. Kale Greens - chopped
1 tablespoon Diced Red Onion
½ cup Fresh Sliced Mushrooms
½ cup Diced Fresh Tomatoes
1 tablespoon Dry Sherry
4 tablespoons Canola Mayonnaise
2 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
½ cup Crumbled Feta Cheese
1 tablespoons Blonde Spice Mix
1 cup cooked, crumbled bacon
Combine first 4 ingredients in large bowl.
Mix Sherry, mayonnaise, mustard and Blonde Spice Mix.
Fold dressing into kale mixture and refrigerate for several hours or overnight.
Serve with sprinkled bacon bits
