Six Thin, Boneless, Skinless, Chicken Breast
¼ Cup Butter
¼ Cup Blonde Spice Mix
Place chicken breasts and Blonde spice mix in plastic bag.
Shake to coat chicken breasts.
Place in refrigerator for six hours.
Melt butter to coat bottom of baking pan.
Add coated chicken breasts.
Bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. Turn Chicken breasts and bake for another twenty minutes.
Serve hot over rice with steamed vegetables.
